Booking & Payment Policy

This Booking & Payment Policy outlines how reservations, pricing, charges, and payments are handled when using Everywhere Cars’ transportation services.


1. Reservations

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.

  • All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and scheduling.

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Everywhere Cars.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, and travel schedules.


2. Pricing Structure

Rates may vary based on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Service type (airport transfer, point-to-point, hourly, group service)

  • Distance and travel time

  • Date and time of service

  • Special requests or additional amenities

Quotes are estimates based on the details provided at the time of booking. Final charges may change if trip details are modified.


3. Hourly Services & Overtime

For hourly bookings:

  • Service is billed based on the number of hours reserved

  • Time begins at the scheduled pickup time

  • Overtime beyond the reserved hours will be billed in additional hourly increments

  • Overtime rates may be higher than the original hourly rate


4. Waiting Time Charges

Airport Pickups
Complimentary waiting time is provided after the flight’s actual landing time. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed.

Non-Airport Pickups
A short grace period may be provided. After that, waiting time charges may apply in increments.


5. Extra Stops & Route Changes

  • Additional stops not included in the original reservation may result in extra charges

  • Significant route changes or added travel time may affect the final fare

  • Drivers will follow the route considered safest and most efficient unless otherwise requested


6. Tolls, Parking & Additional Fees

Customers are responsible for:

  • Tolls

  • Parking fees

  • Airport fees

  • Event venue surcharges

  • Any other service-related expenses incurred during the trip

These may be added to the final invoice if not included in the original quote.


7. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods. By providing payment details, you authorize Everywhere Cars to charge all applicable service fees, including additional charges incurred during or after the trip.


8. Authorization & Billing

  • A credit or debit card may be required to secure a reservation

  • Charges may be processed before or after the ride depending on the service type

  • Disputed charges must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the trip date


9. Corporate & Account Billing

Approved corporate clients may be eligible for account-based billing arrangements. Payment terms for corporate accounts must be followed as agreed in writing.


10. Service Refusal

Everywhere Cars reserves the right to refuse service if payment authorization cannot be obtained or if payment terms are violated.
