Welcome to Everywhere Cars. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and luxury transportation services. By booking a ride or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services
Everywhere Cars provides pre-arranged luxury ground transportation services, including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly charters, and group transportation.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, traffic conditions, and operational limitations.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, or via email.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, contact information, and travel schedules.
Everywhere Cars is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
Rates are based on vehicle type, service type, distance, time, and additional requests.
Tolls, parking, waiting time, overtime, and extra stops may result in additional charges.
Payment methods may include major credit/debit cards and other approved payment options.
By providing payment details, you authorize Everywhere Cars to charge all applicable fees related to your booking.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
A no-show may be charged in full if:
The passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location
The passenger cannot be reached
The passenger refuses the ride
Waiting time exceeds the allowed grace period
5. Waiting Time
Airport pickups may include a complimentary waiting period after flight arrival.
Non-airport pickups may include a limited grace period.
Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed in increments.
6. Passenger Conduct
For safety and comfort, passengers must:
Wear seatbelts at all times
Follow all local laws and driver instructions
Avoid smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the vehicle
Refrain from dangerous or disruptive behavior
Drivers reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates these Terms.
7. Luggage & Passenger Limits
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity. It is the customer’s responsibility to book a vehicle suitable for their group size and baggage.
Everywhere Cars is not responsible for delays or service refusal due to excess passengers or luggage.
8. Damage to Vehicles
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the trip. Cleaning or repair fees may be charged to the booking party.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Everywhere Cars is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Traffic congestion
Weather conditions
Road closures
Accidents
Government actions
Public events or emergencies
We will make reasonable efforts to adjust schedules when possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everywhere Cars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
11. Website Use
All website content is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website materials is prohibited.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features without notice.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
Everywhere Cars may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
