Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Everywhere Cars, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for our transportation services.
1. Standard Cancellations
Sedans & SUVs
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup: Full fare may be charged
Sprinter Vans & Larger Vehicles
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup: No charge
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup: Full fare may be charged
2. Same-Day Bookings
Reservations made within the cancellation window (24 or 48 hours depending on vehicle type) are non-refundable once confirmed.
3. No-Show Policy
A booking will be considered a no-show and charged in full if:
The passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location
The passenger cannot be reached using the contact details provided
The passenger refuses the ride
Waiting time exceeds the complimentary grace period
4. Airport Pickup Waiting Time
For airport arrivals:
We monitor flights for delays
Complimentary waiting time begins after the flight lands
If the passenger does not meet the chauffeur within the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time charges may apply. If contact cannot be established, the ride may be marked as a no-show.
5. Changes to Reservations
Changes to pickup time, location, vehicle type, or service duration may affect pricing and availability.
Minor changes requested in advance will be accommodated when possible
Last-minute changes may result in additional charges or may not be possible to fulfill
6. Early Trip Termination
If a trip is ended early at the passenger’s request, the original booking amount remains non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution
Service fees already incurred may be non-refundable
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of extreme weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, Everywhere Cars will work with customers to reschedule whenever possible. Refund eligibility in such cases will be reviewed individually.
